About this website
Studio Food Stories presents the photography and creative services of Virginie Schoelinck at studiofoodstories.com. For privacy questions, email hello@studiofoodstories.com.
Contact enquiries
The contact form asks for your name, email address, subject and message. These details are sent by email to the studio so we can respond to your enquiry and discuss your project. Please do not include sensitive personal information in your message.
The form does not save a separate copy of your enquiry in the website database. Messages sent to the studio are handled through its email service and may be retained for correspondence and any resulting work.
Website operation and security
The website is hosted by Hostinger. Hosting and email services process technical information needed to deliver and protect these services, which may include IP addresses, browser information and server logs. The form uses a short-lived, hashed identifier derived from an IP address to limit repeated submissions; this rate-limit record expires after 15 minutes.
Cookies and browser storage
The public portfolio does not include advertising or analytics trackers added by the studio. A session-only browser setting remembers whether the short logo introduction has already played. WordPress uses essential cookies for authorised administrators when they sign in.
External links
The Instagram link takes you to an external website. Instagram handles information under its own privacy policy. Instagram content is not embedded in this portfolio.
Your information
You can email hello@studiofoodstories.com to ask about your personal information, request a correction or request deletion. Some records may need to be retained to fulfil legal obligations or manage ongoing work.
